Communication Specialist

Answering the switchboard and directing calls to the correct staff members.

Message and Call Coordinator

Preparation of presentations, quotations and client portfolio packs

Visitor Relations Coordinator

Greeting Visitors on arrival, announcing them and directing them to the agreed waiting point.

Documentation and Mail Handler

Receiving & recording of parcels, mail and documentation.
