Your Duties

Assistant to Financial Advisor

Perform daily personal tasks for the Financial Advisor, including managing their schedule, arranging meetings, and handling messages.

Presentation Coordinator

Preparation of presentations, quotations and client portfolio packs

Client Information Management

Ensuring that the Financial Advisors clients’ Salesforce and Drive folders are kept up to date.

Policy Communication Liaison

Communication with the Insurer on any policy amendments as per the Financial Advisor’s instruction

Client Relations Coordinator

Communication with clients as per the Financial Advisor’s instruction.

Reporting and Scheduling

Assisting the Financial Advisor in compiling reports and schedules.

Travel Arrangement Coordinator

Arrange travel details for Financial Advisors from time to time.

Accreditation and Training

Attend training when required to acquire the needed accreditation.

Departmental Support Specialist

Any ad-hoc duties commensurate with the employee’s duties set out above as may be required by Department Head from time to time.

Assets

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

RE and NQF4 will be beneficial (Depending on Date of First Appointment)

Own car and valid driver’s license

Valid SA ID

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
