Your Task Will Be
New Business Development:
- Marketing of insurance products to all clients in the designated key account through a holistic value proposition
- Attend weekly sales meeting and any other meetings called by the Sales Director
- Telephone and cross quote to all prospective clients on a daily basis
- Financial Literacy education of clients
- Cold calling of clients
Relationship Management:
- Generate and maintain business relationship with Clients and lead providers alike
- Provide ongoing service and support to your client base
Compliance and Portfolio Management:
- Ensure that all information and documentation required for the issuing of policies is obtained from the client and to ensure that all policy documentation is completely and accurately filled out and uploaded on the system
- Attend to maintaining the continuous and updated relationship with the client’s in your portfolio, including but not limited to the attendance on revisions of cover and/or renewals of policies
- Ensure that all the relevant information required to accurately render quotations is obtained
- Tracking and reporting of your key activities that lead to business conversion
- Maintaining and tracking client relationships to ensure business retention
- Administer basic policy and claims administration at source
