Your Duties

Client-Centric Management

Deliver superior, consistent client management and deliverables for assigned clients.

Client Relationship Advisor

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects.

Concern Identification

Identify critical items of concern from the client’s perspective, e.g., compliance, funding etc.

Client Communication & Engagement

Maintain primary and/or secondary client contact, as appropriate based on the size of the client and scope of work.

Benefit Review and Structuring

Participate in the annual review of benefits and structuring of the client. Work within the client's budget and advise on alternative risk solutions.

Risk Solutions

Participate in preparing Request for Proposals, provider follow up, analyses of the proposals, and preparation of the final report

Consulting Solutions

Consulting services, including legal and technical support, board management, client training, and financial education.

Professional Development

Attend training when required to acquire the needed accreditation.

Flexible Responsibilities

Any ad-hoc duties commensurate with the employee’s duties set out above as may be required by your Managers from time to time.

Assets

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year experience in employee benefits/ long term insurance

RE and NQF4 will be beneficial (Depending on Date of First Appointment)

Own car and valid driver’s license

Valid SA ID

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
