Your Duties

System Set-Up

Design and assist on the Claims system set up project as required by your manager.

Claims Data Coordinator

Setting up company claims reports as required by your Manager.

Claims Reporting

Assisting on technical claims and attending meeting with Brokers, as required.

Technical Claims Representative

Tend to the personal tasks assigned by the Brokers for whom you work on a daily basis. These tasks include duties such as running the Brokers diary and taking messages.

Broker Support Administrator

Assisting in compiling claims analytics, reports and statistics for various Insurers and clients.

Claims Analytics Coordinator

Preparation of presentations, quotations, claims reports, claim statistics and client portfolio packs.

Client Fleet List Coordinator

Preparation and maintenance of client fleet lists.

Salesforce Maintenance

Ensuring that the Brokers clients’ on Salesforce and Drive folders are up to date.

Claims Communication Liaison

Communication with the Insurer on any policy amendments and claims as per the Brokers instructions.

Accreditation Training

Attend training when required to acquire the needed accreditation.

Duties Coordinator

Any ad-hoc duties commensurate with the employee’s duties set out above as may be required by Department Head from time to time.

Assets

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year experience in domestic or commercial claims.

RE and NQF4 will be beneficial (Depending on Date of First Appointment)

Own car and valid driver’s license

Valid SA ID

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
